Lead where you are

There where God placed you as responsible person in a church, community, ministry, youth work… in short it is for every person that has a responsibility for other people

    and to communicate it

The summit is there to motivate leaders to build life-changing ecclesiastical communities and to teach leaders how to reach out to non-Christians and help them grow and become disciples entirely devoted to Jesus Christ.

To participate in the Global Leadership Summit 2012, this will be shown via videocast with Dutch and French translations. Selected speakers want to share their knowledge and experience with you to encourage and motivate you.

In 1995 Bill Hybels and the Willow Creek Association became aware of the challenges faced by church leaders: establishing and communicating a vision, setting up teams, renewing, encouraging and building church communities for the transforming of lives...

It was in these circumstances that the Leadership Summits were born. Their goal is to sharpen and develop the inspirational qualities of church leaders, to provide encouragement and to train them for the best use of their gifts in this ministry. A further goal of the Summits is to teach leaders how to reach out to non-Christians and help them grow and become disciples entirely devoted to Jesus Christ.

No organisation or foundation in the world has as much potential as the local church, thanks to its announcement of Jesus Christ’s life-changing message of truth. It is God’s desire to use His local churches to touch hearts, banish doubts, rekindle dreams which have gone cold, and heal broken lives.
